Are you looking to clean your beauty routine with products that offer better-for-you ingredients? The first thing you can do is change to a natural deodorant. We put Jason Dry Spray Deodorant to the test.
When you’re a beauty editor you try many products. It’s always tough when someone starts a question with, “What’s your favourite…?” I mean, how can you answer that when you love so many things? But the proof always hits you when you continue to use certain products over and over again and can’t stop gushing about how well they’re working. In the natural deodorant department, however, this has become more challenging. But guess what? It’s getting better!
Over years, and listening to countless doctors and experts in the beauty field talk about ingredients, the trend is shifting towards people wanting less toxic ingredients in their products. Enter the natural deodorant department. It’s probably one of the things people start with when they decide to clean up their beauty routines. After all, it’s a product that seeps instantly into your body.
While I’ve tried many natural kinds, a lot of them just didn’t work. But the news is good.
What’s the best natural deodorant to use?
Natural deodorants are typically made without aluminum, butane or parabens. They’re designed to keep you smelling fresh for hours with ingredients (ex. baking soda) that consume bacteria. So, while you may still sweat after swiping or spraying on your favorite natural deodorant, you shouldn’t continue to smell like a pair of sweaty socks. Remember, natural deodorants are designed to cover smell, not sweat.
Jason Dry Spray Deodorant
Jason Naturals Dry Spray Deodorants they are free of aluminum, parabens, phthalates and synthetic fragrances.
When I had the chance recently to try a new brand I haven’t tried, Jason Naturals, I was both excited and skeptical. Does the product smell good? Will the spray leave a residue? Will I stay fresh all day?
I put the Jason Dry Spray Deodorant in Soft Rose and Fresh Cucumber to the test and was surprised to see that it didn’t stain my clothing afterward. It’s a light spray (that uses compressed air and no chemical propellants) that doesn’t feel wet or sticky when applied. It instantly dries.
While I found the product to smell a bit like alcohol at first (the cucumber is a lot more pleasant than the rose, in my opinion) it subsides. After I applied the spray, I went about my business day
Since I don’t sweat excessively, I found that it really worked for me. It kept me fresh all day without any unpleasant B.O. To put it simply, this natural deodorant really works.
For those looking to making a better choice when it comes to deodorant, this product is worth making the switch.
