A bright pink lip can even jazz up your wardrobe, acting as an accessory that gives a bright pop of colour. But what shade is the right one for you?
This shade has exploded in every brand’s lipstick department so there are numerous different brand and shades of pink available on the market. But finding the right shade may be a little challenging. To find the one that best suits your skin tone, trial and error is best.
(Stars: Charlize Theron, Nicole Richie, Kirsten Dunst and Lauren Conrad wearing trendy shades of hot pink.)
Following the same rules that apply to choosing a red lipstick, you should look for more cooler shades of pink cooler, or fair skin, and if you have warm undertones or have olive skin, then you’re better suited for something warmer that is more red-based. Once you’ve chosen the right shade, keep the rest of your makeup simple.
